Partner Program Terms

Last updated October 8, 2026

These terms are for people Hopkins Systems approves as partners: people who send businesses to Hopkins Systems and earn a share of what those businesses pay. They are separate from the Terms of Service for businesses that use the platform.

1. Joining

You apply on the partners page. A person at Hopkins Systems reads every application and may say no. Once approved, you get your own code and link by email.

2. Which businesses are yours

A business is yours when it starts a free trial or books a setup call through your link or code, and Hopkins Systems has not already been talking with it. If two partners send the same business, the first link used counts. Hopkins Systems decides in any disagreement and will explain why.

3. What you earn

  • Your share (20% unless we agree on another rate in writing) of what each of your businesses pays Hopkins Systems for its plan, for the first 12 months after its first plan payment.
  • Setup fees, training fees, taxes and anything other than the plan are not included.
  • Only money Hopkins Systems has actually collected counts. If a payment is refunded or reversed, its share comes off your next payout.
  • A yearly plan payment counts once, when it is paid.

4. When you are paid

Once a month, for what you earned from payments made before the 1st of that month, by a method we agree with you (for example PayPal, Zelle or bank transfer). Before your first payout we may ask for a tax form, such as a W-9 in the United States, and we may report what we pay you to tax authorities as the law requires. You are responsible for your own taxes.

5. How you talk about Hopkins Systems

  • Only say what Hopkins Systems actually does. Do not promise results, prices or features that are not on the website.
  • Tell people you earn a share when they sign up through your link, where the law or the platform you post on asks for it.
  • Do not send spam, run ads on the Hopkins Systems name or brand terms, or make it look like you are Hopkins Systems.

6. Changes and ending

Either side can end the partnership at any time by email. You are still paid what you earned before it ended, for payments made up to the end date. We may change these terms or the share for new businesses with 30 days notice by email; businesses you already sent keep the share they started with. We may end the partnership right away, and hold unpaid amounts, if these terms are broken.

7. General

You are an independent partner, not an employee or agent of Hopkins Systems. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Questions: [email protected].
